I doubt that Luther will be welcoming people to heaven. I’m thinking of the warmer place for him.
Well that does seem to be Catholic doctrine, but it sure is not 'sola scripture'. Christ said 'judge not least ye be judged'... and that most certainly would include Luther. I am guessing the 'Bible' produced by the Catholics kept that 'sola scripture' in the selections they made. Christ was the original protester, He sure was not well received by the religious authorities in His day.
