I've taught myself over the years drawing from various teachers and discerning when they are correct and when they aren't. No one is perfect in the Word, only Jesus was. The rest of us are wrong here and there. There have been some pastors much more helpful than others, but I don't agree with any of them 100%.
Are you sure that you EVEN have all the books in the Bible?
Are you aware that it was the Catholic Bible that was first printed on the Guttenberg press?
And whom did God select to make sure the “right” books were in the Bible? God also selected Peter and asked him to go feed the lambs. One teaching, One Church, one Truth, and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it.
1 Corinthians 11:2: I commend you because you remember me in everything and maintain the traditions even as I have delivered them to you"
2 Thessalonians 2:15: So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by letter.
2 Thessalonians 3:6:Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from any brother who is living in idleness and not in accord with the tradition that you received from us.
