Teretullian condemned a similar belief to the Nicene Creed 100 years earlier which was known as Praxeous.
To demonstrate that his Christology in the 200s was spot on with the LDS beleif I will next post Exhibit “A” which includes Tertullians “Against Praxeus”

Jesus Christ is God’s Son, spiritually and physically. He calls Him Father, He prays to Him.
We are to pray to Him, God the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, His Son.
God’s voice was heard at Christ’s baptism, coming from Heaven while He was in the water. The Holy Sirit also descended. Three seperate entities/Gods.

Tertullians was a convert, like Constatine, you sure you want to go there...
If so there will be other issues for you, like with all LDSers trying to make things fit for their fiction out of the work of the early fathers...
