You are The Shelter From The Storm.
You Are Our Defender.
We Run To You,
And We Are Safe
You Alone are Our Refuge from All Who Pursue Us to do harm!

We pray for the Repentance, Restoration, and Renewal of Our Beloved Nation.

Slander, Blood Libel, Propaganda,
and Antisemitism against Your Beloved.
We Pray For an End to Slavery,
Hostage-Taking,
and Piracy wherever it is Practiced Around the World.
We Beseech You on Behalf of Our Captive Brethren,
Christians and Jews,
In Bondage in Hostile lands.

We Plead For Israeli Control Over All the Holy Sites in Israel,
so that All Faiths may visit them.
We Pray For Bibi Netanyahu, and the Leaders of Israel
May They Receive Wisdom from You to do the Right Thing.
We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

During Hurricane Katrina, there were some who objected to the term "REFUGEE" for those who were seeking shelter. It was somewhat silly to raise these objections, because a "Refuge" is a wonderful thing! It is a Place where one can go to be sheltered, protected, nurtured, and kept in tender care. It is a Place of Peace, a Place of Comfort, and a Place of Affirmation.
There is no shame in seeking a Refuge, and we are ALL "Refugees" at one time or another.
Again and Again, The Psalmist calls God his "Refuge". This is in direct opposition with the gods of the ancient pagan world, who never offer Refuge, but merely demand appeasement.
I would rather be a refugee in the Presence of YHVH Machsi, than to be the most powerful dictator on Earth!

Wonderful Psalms. For some reason it seems to elude me when I attempt to memorize it. The beginning seems clunky or something. I love this Psalm and the promises are great. We have a part to play.

It seems to me ... we often latch on to the promises and pretty much ignore our part as if it isn’t there... then we wonder why the promises haven’t come to us that we can see.

I join you in praying for the blessing of Israel, Jerusalem, for the persecuted believers, the lost, for their leadership to be wise and strong and depending on God faithfully.

LORD come to the aid of Israel, they are being demonized to show the Israelites and the world thy power, Thy answer being “yea and amen”.

Praise the LORD in Jesus name, amen.
