Prayerathon to aid my sister, Libby, aka Double Umbrella in her glorious leap into our Lord and Savior's arms.
Libby was a long time, passionate lurker on Free Republic. She read every political thread from beginning to end.She knew many of you in depth even though you didn't know she was there.
You gave her great delight, intellectual stimulation and hope for the future. That such fine people had a gathering place was a delight to her.
She was an avid Tea Partier and participated in person locally through the whole health care debacle.
She was a Renaissance woman, artist, pianist, nurse. She read voraciously, especially things political.
She joined under the name of Double Umbrella but her posting history is limited to just 1 post. Glioblastoma took her language skills. She always understood but the ability to speak coherently was taken from her.
She has fought the good fight, she stayed active through therapy going to church and bible studies until a stroke took her right side and locked her in.
Her earthly race is run, she is still minimally responsive but her ability to swallow is gone. She still opens her eyes with a kiss to the brow or cheek but she mostly peacefully sleeps.
Please participate in praying her across to eternity and into the loving arms of Jesus.
Joing me in prayer.
