No, it’s simple to me too. Apparently it isn’t simple to you. Catholics can only canonize Catholics. Presbyterians only ordain other Presbyterians as ministers. Anglicans only have other Anglicans as bishops. Isn’t it obvious why?

Good question... because some roman catholics are heretics and some non roman catholics are not..
