I merely state that you have a great dedication to intolerance, distortion and smearing of other “Christians” with whom you do not agree.

You are Mormon not Christian. To be of the same faith, you must believe in the same god. You do not believe in God the Father, GOD the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Why do Mormons feel the need to try and call themselves Christian instead of what they are; Mormon? If you really believe something (as wrong as you are) prove it by admitting who you are and not pretending to be something you are not.

John
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome[a] it.

Forgot to add verse 14

John 1:14
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. [Linda's citation included this verse -- John 1:3]

(Thanks, Linda)

When we look at John 1:3 and Colossians 1:15-16:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God...16 For by him were ALL things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Now why are these verses inherently problematic for Mormons wanting to believe their leaders?

Because there are NOT ANY entities...NOT a single being...not an angel...not Lucifer...NONE...for whom these verses fail to cover re: Jesus Christ's role in CREATING them.

Lds, you've been had...Your leaders have told you that Lucifer was the second pre-existent spirit baby born to a Mom god (of which some of you have trouble believing, anyway)...and that he was/is Jesus' "literal spirit brother."

Sorry, but Jesus can't be both Lucifer's creator and his literal spirit brother. (If you really do believe the Bible, please stop trying to have it both ways!)

You, Lds, have a choice: You can either label apostles John & Paul as "false prophets" -- speaking forth doctrine falsely...or you can conclude that YOUR Lds leaders have either been badly mistaken...having been lied to themselves...by the original Lds leaders.

Walk away...to THE Jesus who created both you and every single angel...including Lucifer.

[Leave it to Lucifer to keep trying to put himself on equal parity in heaven with Jesus Christ: 12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. (Isaiah 14)]

Sh....

...you trigger an illogic attack of the brain in an SLC 'mormon' with data like this!

It'll be pointed out to them that the FLDS have the 'same god' as they do; but for some silly reason, the high mucky-mucks that reside high over the Great Salt Lake have decreed that FLDS folks are not ALLOWED to be called MORMON.
