There is a good reason to NOT do that. That was not the example of how Jesus taught the disciples to pray. ,p. we don't pray TO the saints, we ask them to intercede for us....after all they are right there with Christ!!!

We are to follow His example. You do that and you can't go wrong. When your church deviates from the Truths in the Bible, then you are in error. That's plain enough.
