I generally try to tread lightly on these threads. I am not Catholic. I have no reason to fear or criticize the Catholic faith. I see a lot of people reflexively attach the church over various issues. That makes me sad.
Having said all that, I have an odd feeling about this transition to a new Pope. I feel uneasy and I don't know why.
