Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Well, YESTERDAY was an Interesting Day, to say the least! We were awakened with news of a meteorite strike in Chelyabinsk, Russia, with STUNNING Videos taken by ordinary Russian Citizens. Then, an expected asteroid pass happened to Earth around 2:20 PM EST. The distance was 17,000 miles, which sounds like a lot until one realizes that Our Moon is 250,000 miles away, and the pass was WITHIN the orbits of some of our man-made satellites. This morning, I am reading reports of a fireball over San Francisco last night. Reports are that, due to differing trajectories, these incidents are UNRELATED to each other, except that they all occurred on the same day. Some of the wordplay surrounding these events (Chernobyl =Mug-wort, a species of wormwood, "Chelyabinsk=Chasm or "pit", and San Francisco being famous for a particular behavior) that some are speculating that we are in the end of days. Whether or not that is the case, it does serve as a reminder that God is Sovereign over All, and is The LORD of the Whole Earth. Those who choose to ignore this Fact do so at their own peril.
