The mainstream churches fell a long time ago, Charasmitic Churches with Christian rock fell right after, and now the fundamentalist churches are falling with people drinking and going to bars and concerts all while claiming to Love Jesus
So are you saying that upbeat and lively music is not Christian?
So would you rather people stripped to loin clothes and dance in the streets?
this means a return to orthodoxy. No more leniencies. When we give up something we must sincerely give up.
Nothing wrong with moderate alcohol consumption. Drunkenness no.
Jesus was at the wedding at Canna and turned water into wine. I would assume He also had wine Himself.
