Egypt’s new constitution “prepares the way for an Islamic caliphate”, according to the acting leader of Coptic Catholics, who is among three bishops to condemn the document as a fundamental attack on human rights.
The bishops expressed their profound disappointment with the constitution signed into law on December 26, saying only extremist Muslims’ rights were guaranteed by the new document and that at particular risk were women, young people and religious minorities.
Bishop Kyrillos William, administrator of the Coptic Catholic Patriarchate of Alexandria, said: “We were waiting for a constitution that represents the whole of Egypt but instead we have one that only represents one group of people.
“We can see that the religious orientation of this constitution prepares the way for an Islamic caliphate.”
Bishop William was among three Coptic Catholic bishops, including Bishop Joannes Zakaria of Luxor and Bishop Antonios Aziz Mina of Giza, who told Catholic charity Aid to the Church in Need that the constitution was a threat to civil liberties.
Bishop William said: “Everywhere in the constitution there are clauses saying everything should be in accordance with Islamic law.
“The president [Mohammed Morsi] promised to build a civic, modern and democratic state but we do not think that this constitution is in any way in accordance with that.”
Among the bishops, there was concern that the constitution would force non-Muslim women to wear Islamic headscarves and would legitimise the marriage of under-age girls.
The bishops said that, apparently in line with Sharia law, the constitution permits women who are “sexually mature” to marry, which they said strongly implies acceptance of teenage marriages.
Bishop Zakaria said: “The Islamists want to apply Sharia law especially with regard to women. It is very bad for women and very bad for non-Muslims in society.”

And now we know why Obama is arming the ISLAMISTS in Syria. The communist-Islamist alliance got Obama elected (as now-dead-with-America’s-help Ghadaffi said in a public speech) and a year after he took office he privately told Egypt’s (now-ousted-at-the-praise-and-encouragement-of-Obama) ambassador that he was and still is a Muslim who supports the Muslim agenda, and that the Muslim world should be patient with him because once he got America to swallow (the poison-pill) Obamacare he would turn to the “Muslim agenda”.
The agenda all sects of Islam agree on are the destruction of the US and Israel, and the institution of worldwide sharia.
And as we should all be able to see now, when Obama makes promises to his owners, he means what he says. He is a foreign enemy combatant, and everything he has ever done has been to serve the goals of his masters - the 2 allied enemies of the US and of freedom: Islam and communism.

And the trouble for those in America who say “Who cares?” is that these are the people who bought a puppet to occupy our White House. Anybody who thinks “Arab Spring” isn’t coming to America via the camel’s nose under the tent is smoking something stronger than what they legalized in Colorado.
Holder has been holding the door wide open for Islamists on our southern border, as well as arming their allies who are sneaking them into the country. Obama has been putting Islamists into positions of power within the government everywhere he can. And he is butchering the US Constitution. Notice that Obamacare exempts Muslims.

I hear both ways on whether or not Mooze Lames are exempt from BarryCare, but it really doesn't matter to them because, as I understand it, their Mooze Lame run insurance "cooperatives" with funds handled by their mosque are exempt.
So, any Mooze Lame that doesn't purchase insurance from a regular insurance company but instead pays into an Iz Lame Ick approved insurance "cooperative" isn't going to be hit by any of BarryCare. It's another one of the smoke and mirrors things the fascists have been doing ever since they merged the SS money into the general fund to keep it from being obvious that LBJ was establishing a system guaranteed to bankrupt the country. LBJ knew it would bankrupt the country, but as long as it kept the fascist democrat party in power for another forty years it didn't matter to him or the fascist democrat party.

They can modify it to read like the Afghan constitution:

The religion of the state of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is the sacred religion of Islam.
Followers of other religions are free to exercise their faith and perform their religious rites within the limits of the provisions of law.
Article Three Ch. 1, Art. 3
In Afghanistan, no law can be contrary to the beliefs and provisions of the sacred religion of Islam.
Didn’t Nasser try something like this once? Didn’t get very far. Turkey might do it—or Turkey and Egypt—But not Egypt by herself. Its all a Fanatical Islamic dream. Even if they tried nationalist rage and sectarianism violence would rip apart any new Islamic super state. To work you need a strong charismatic leader—like Saladin. There isn’t one out there that I can see. The Arab Spring guys look like a bunch of overweight losers —This too shall pass.
As I understand it, the “health cooperative” that is exempt is also considered a “charity” within Islam so it can count like the tithe they are required to do. So they basically get paid by the government (or exempted from the “tax” of Obamacare, which is about the same thing) for giving their Muslim “offerings”.
By contrast, the penalties that the Hobby Lobby owners, for instance, are paying is a $1.5 million/day “submission tax” for being “infidels” (part of sharia). And this crap is happening in broad daylight while we’re all told we can do nothing but watch it happen.
There’s an expectation that when the Muslims reach a particular percentage of the population, certain things are expected from them. The countries the US has helped “liberate” were majority-Muslim countries under secular governments, cooperating in the War on Terror. The “Muslim agenda” that Obama privately told the Egyptian ambassador he is committed to furthering would require that countries with that level of Muslim majority be under sharia. Within 4 short years, we have basically lost 3 allies in the war on terror (Libya, Egypt, and Afghanistan; Pakistan is pretty close there too) to Islamist regimes who are AGAINST the US and Israel, as well as against religious freedom.
At the same time, when the Muslim population nears 10% the push for sharia has to begin, with special concessions to Islam. Before that time, Islam allows Muslims to touch/eat pork if they must, allows them to not wear the hijab, if they can’t, etc. When they are to begin the move to “soften” the host country into eventually accepting sharia they start to claim that they CAN’T eat pork and demand that concessions be made within the society and then the government. That’s the softening process and it usually begins when the Muslim population is about 8%, or when they perceive weakness.
And under Obama they perceive weakness. Actually, I believe they know he is their ally, bought and paid for by Islamist money all over the world.
When you realize the systematic process and how the whole agenda has advanced - both in the world and in the US - you realize this is all deliberate, and Obama’s statements to the Egyptian ambassador are seen as the treason that they are.
The Lord is a God of justice. He will not be mocked forever. Any one of these people could turn, repent, and live. And that is my prayer. But unless they repent - and that means to realize (have it made real within themselves) the enormity and heinousness of their sin - they cannot receive forgiveness.
I would not want to be Obama, Pelosi, Brennan, Holder, Napolitano, etc meeting my Maker any time before genuinely repenting. The blood of a LOT of innocents is on their hands, and the Lord is one judge who is not going to be amused by their wormy antics to try to evade justice.
Within Islam, sharia always trumps any other law. That’s why the worst Islamic regimes can still qualify to be on the UN’s Human Rights Commission - because they will gladly sign on to anything that gets them power, knowing full well that only what is in line with sharia will end up being binding on them anyway.
That’s how Afghanistan could have a Constitution that guarantees religious freedom, and still execute people for being (or becoming) Christian. I can’t remember the guy’s name, but I remember that Condi Rice couldn’t believe that the Afghanistan high court would be thinking of sentencing him to death for becoming Christian, when their CONSTITUTION guarantees freedom of religion. It’s sad that our own Secretary of State could be so clueless on what our supposed allies are actually very open about. A Constitution means nothing to these people.
Just like with Obama. He thinks like them because he either IS one of them, is OWNED by them, or both. Same with his buddies Jeremiah Wright and Louis Farakkhan.
It is no surprise since her boss Pres. Geo. Bush said Islam is a religion of peace and we all worship the same God.
Those stupid statements from the Commander in Chief set this country back at least 5 years in understanding the Islamic threat. -Tom
I can’t argue with you there.
If people understood the doctrine of abrogation it would clear up a lot of confusion. The earlier texts, when Mohammad still thought he had a convincing religion, are about peace. But when he learned people weren’t going to convert willingly, he turned to the sword. So his later texts are violent and his earlier ones less violent. So what happens when “Allah” keeps changing his mind all the time? The doctrine of abrogation says that whatever was said last is what counts.
So when people bring up the “peaceful” texts, the first question is “Has this been abrogated by a later text?”
If people knew to ask that question it would clear up a lot.
I’m sure Bush didn’t want to alienate the “moderate” Muslims, since he knew the military would have to be working with them. But even the “moderate” Muslims know that they would be in danger if they spoke out against the later, violent texts. Prince Charles gathered together a bunch of “moderate” Muslims, to have them condemn violence, and he could not get anybody to say that they reject the killing of infidels and apostates. They all know that is required by sharia. The only way they could reject it is if they broke faith with their own religion.
Interestingly, though, ex-Muslims say that the quickest way to get people to leave Islam is to have them actually read the “holy” texts - because a lot of people just don’t know what’s in there and would be appalled if they knew.
