Beautiful statue.

If you ever find yourself in Annapolis, Maryland visit the US Naval Academy Chapel (the “Cathedral of the Navy”). At the transept, on the right, you will see a beautiful stained glass window of Saint Michael, the unofficial patron saint of warriors.

We Catholic military parents make sure that our deploying soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines reeceive a warrior rosary and a Saint Michael medal with a prayer card.

We thought so at the time—the case made headlines internationally. But “all things work together for good for those who are called according to His purpose.” He is now in Rome, working for the Holy See, and in a far more powerful position to do far greater good for the Lord and His Kingdom than he could have done in our little provincial parish.

Along with St. Michael's Prayer, they need to bring back a bit of the respectful behavior that used to be common. What's that take in the way of discipline these days?

This is one of my daily prayers. I always put a lot of emphasis into this prayer.

My parish says the St. Michael’s prayer after every daily mass.

It’s a great way to start your day.

Can anyone tell me why a Catholic would vote for oboma? After all that was told to the parishioners in particular, and to the public in general, why would these people still vote for oboma?

They are people who are comfortable within the culture of Catholic Church like what their parents had too. It's a veneer. It's outside convience.

"But hey what's the big deal if I vote this way. I can always be forgiven from this if I vote a certain way."

It is deeper than that and more. But also just that people abuse the mercy and justice of God. True repentence is real. Lip service is not real towards God. I pray for all our churches. We are also in the last days. If you read Sister Faustina book Jesus tells us that the prayers she was taught by him are for these last days. I had profound supernatural experiences in these prayers myself. Dream Visions. We will continue by His grace. Christ does declare in the gospels if he will find faith before he comes back. What does this mean? Well he tells us of a falling away from the faith. The less people of faith the more the enemy can influence. Which is why a lot are being fooled. We are to pray unceasingly. This is what keeps my bearing in this mad world. But it looks like Obama is a useful tool of the enemy. Also the only national dream I have of Obama is his downfall. Just look at the Middle East of today each nation has a powerful backer nation who are just ready to start WW 3 . Individually we have our Christ And the church. If you see history of the Saints and Bible times not too many had the peace we had in this country. We got spoiled as a nation. It looks like we are just before his second coming.

“Can you start a Rosary before Mass and say the Prayer of St. Michael after it?”

My family and I could do those things, but I doubt that they will be well-received.

Perhaps we owe it to Our Lord to suffer through those masses for His sake.

“Mass: Don’t leave early.”

Sorry, but when they started singing “Will the Circle be Unbroken,” we had to bolt.

Too true.

Do you say a Rosary before or after Mass?

Then say it at the end of the Rosary.
