Disabilities apparently run in that family.
But she posts here to thank God that her (and her daughter's) taxpayer-funded freebies are back on track? Gimme a break.

Who made you the arbiter of who should receive Disability benefits?

I never claimed to be "the arbiter of who should receive Disability benefits", but since she posted her piece, I, as a taxpayer, would be interested to know if the "disabilities" I am funding are veteran/combat related, or alcoholic/junkie related, blindness related or "I, uh, twisted my back" related, etc.

You are obviously not aware of this, but a lot of people game the system. Can you believe it? In fact, last I read, "One in 19 Americans today get SSDI or SSI. That's one in 19 Americans (who) are disabled." Excuse me if I think that's a tad too many, and I guess that makes me "rude and boorish". But then, I'm also a working taxpayer. Okay with you, big mouth?

If you would read her blog, you would find that the benefits she and her daughter are receiving are partially from her ex-husband’s death - the father of her child.

So, her ex paid into the system and you are being ,judgmental rude and playing God.
