LOL! How do you write in bright orange?
LOL! How do you write in bright orange?
Or; you can just put the NAME of the color you want in there instead (for the most basic colors anyway.)
This would ALSO work: LOL! How do you write in bright orange?
NOW you'll want to know what those crazy bunch of numbers and letters mean; am I right?
Well, those contain the info for the 16,000,000+ possible colors available on your screen!
How the color command works: The # sign indicates that a hexadecimal (base 16) number follows. 0123456789abcdef
The letters rr stand for red, gg stands for green and bb represents blue, the three phosphor types that were in color monitor and tv screens before these flat screens came along.
#ff0000 would give all red
#00ff00 would be green and
#0000ff blue
there are 256 possible levels of brightness than can be created for each color; MUCH finer resolution than these old eyes of mine can detect!
Bright yellow is #ffff00 (all red and all green mix ADD together to make yellow)
ff = 255 in decimal
f0 = 240
e0 = 232
e1 = 233
e2 = 234 and so on...
Multiplying the 3 sets of numbers will give a range between zero 000000 and 16,777,215
