Not quite sure what this means to Christians worshiping under oppressive regimes, but one thing is certain, that being, that God is mightier than any gov’t of man’s choosing. The Apostle Paul speaking of the risen Jesus’s power seated at the right hand of God the Father-”Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: and hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.” Eph 1:21-23 Amen & Amen.

It may be illegal to say "There can be no peace on earth without the peace of Christ".

The peace of Christ is the peace that passes all human understanding and is all that stands between humanity and death and war.
