The governor of the state of Tabasco, Tomas Garrido Canabal was so fanatical in his hatred of the Church that he named his children Lenin, Lucifer, and Satan.Wow. Hard to tell if hated the church or his kids more! Good grief...I cannot imagine standing in this guy's shoes on the day he met the Lord face to face.

There's a little known movie that came out this past year titled "For Greater Glory : The True Story of Christiada" starring Andy Garcia and Peter O'Toole.......
I have the DVD but haven't had the chance to watch it yet. It deals with the persecution of Christians in Mexico and the people who fought back......
