oops, sorry, it was a 2 part question so here goes.
No, I do not practice MormonISM. If I were to try and characterize my beliefs I would say they more closely follow JudaISM. Does that conflict with your rules regarding being saved? After all, we/they aren't Christians.
Regarding "why I don't care", my best answer is your assumption is erroneous. I do care about people but I don't believe that being a Mormon subjects them to automatic damnation. So, if some Mormon cleric wants to excommunicate someone from his church, I don't care.

The bible DOES say something about AUTOMATIC damnation:
John 3:18
Did you read reply #55 in this thread?
One of MORMONism's own Living Prophet's® did DAMN them for certain unbeliefs; which are the flip side of your statement, I guess.

So, if some Mormon cleric wants to excommunicate someone from his church, I don't care. Did you know that MORMONism will excommuncate it's people for simply following what it's own Scripture says?

I do not have rules for Salvation, God Himself has laid out the qualification. He is called Jesus Christ.
Your Salvation is up to you, we all have the free will to dwell or not dwell with God in eternity.
