Abortion on demand until right before the baby comes out is in the Catholic tradition, Sister? I'm surprised the cross does not burn this foul creature when she puts it on.
The catholic “fishwrap” is gushing all over her appearance at the convention but upset that her time slot was switched with Sandra Fluke’s.
Yeah..if she’s a nun, then I’m the starting forward for the Lakers..
I didn’t leave the Catholic Church, it left me.
She looks like an elderly Sandy Fluke.
Anytime you hear the term, "Social Justice" run for cover as it is a recognized buzz word in the Marxist lexicon.
A nun wearing pearl earrings and a pearl necklace? And red lipstick?
I’m perplexed.
too funny.... I bet it is the only time she has agreed with’ her bishops’...what a loon
Sister Campbell is going to get a big surprise on Judgement Day when God asks her to explain her willingness to propagandize for a pro Infanticide candidate like Barack Obama.
Simone Campbell: Thats beyond my pay grade. I dont know.
_______________
Didn't know nuns had "pay grades."
They quote the phrase “I am my sister's keeper. I am my brother's keeper”, but do not understand or willfully misinterpret the meaning. Note the use of the singular, “I”. There is no way to cast this other than, that, I, as an individual, am responsible for my brother or sister. Jesus in no way advocated for inforced charity at the point of a gun, which is what tax and redistribute is.
She may be a nun but I’m having none of it.. it’s her type that have helped to keep so many families in poverty by being closet socialists and not compassionate when it comes to stemming the Red Tide which would engulf all of us and put her out of a ‘job’.
I have to wonder which Bible these people are reading. Jesus would be appalled at the idolization of government as savior by these people.
When you have read the Bible so you understand it as a whole, you understand what a terrible substitute government is for what God offers.
“You shall have no other gods before Me” includes the government and the reliance on it’s wealth.
The nun on the bus goes
Down down down
Down down down
Down down down
The nun on the bus goes
Down down down
That fire-y hole
In the ground
The nun that thinks taking by force from someone who worked hard, and giving to the lazy?
I can think of a few things that may apply here.
“You shall not steal.”
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male servant, or his female servant, or his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor’s.”
There was a time the Catholic Church was trying to rid itself of Liberation Theology. The people who advocate social justice are touting their own superiority over the less fortunate. The idea has never been to help someone out of poverty but to perpetuate it for the Marxists’ own benefit.
We’re supposed to be lectured to from her?
“Progressive favorite Sister Simone Campbell cant decide if abortion should be illegal”
She is the pesonification of the “cafeteria Catholic”.
Go to hell “Sister” Campbell.
Seriously.
The Democrats hit the Republicans hard on Ryan’s budget cuts to the poor and rightfully so.
Ryan’s focus is misplaced. Fix the economy, and then you don’t have to make arbitrary cuts to medicaid.
Unfortunately, I don’t thing Romney/Ryan have much more of a clue on the economy than does Obama.
Romney so far has said “Energy independence” and “make trade work for us”. Energy independence is a good goal but he has given us few specifics.
More importantly, “make trade work for us”, is THE key to fixing this economy. Unfortunately, Romney said nothing about what this means. And if you look at Romney’s website he talks about less government regulation and MORE trade. He doesn’t talk at all about fair trade or protecting American jobs or market.
Our founding fathers had nice import tariffs to help American industry. Those tariffs were thought wise until 30 years ago. Now we have almost none and our jobs have fled overseas to cheaper labor.
Neither candidate gets it.
The woman is quoting from a letter here...
The problem is that the Bishop MISQUOTES the Catechism of the Catholic Church. He uses the word “Government” where the Catechism uses “public authorities” and confuses access with providing. Look here... (1905 through 1912)
http://www.scborromeo.org/ccc/p3s1c2a2.htm
If the authors of the CCC wanted the word “Governments” in there, they would have included it. If they wanted “be provided” they would not have said “access to”.
Libs in all positions twist things their way.
