Besides, who would want to drink such a concoction?Are you kidding? A large bottle of Dr. Pepper half emptied and filled with Jim Beam man! That's living. And we drive around all night in our pickup trucks passing the bottle around. Vodka in 7-UP, Whiskey in Coke and Dr. Pepper. those are the call drinks in the Buckskin Bar in Fredonia AZ.
Utah doesn't have any decent places to drink except in a pickup truck.
