In a statement released Friday, Roman Catholic Womenpriests-USA says it supports the LCWR's response to the Vatican report. Here's what the organization wrote: The entire membership of Roman Catholic Womenpriests-USA (RCWP) proudly stands in solidarity with the Leadership Conference of Women Religious and fully supports the actions that the LCWR will be taking in response to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith report. RCWP believes that as a matter of justice, the CDF mandate must be discussed openly and candidly with the LCWR membership. We will continue to pray with and for Pat Farrell, OSF, President of LCWR and Janet Mock, CSJ, Executive Director, as they prepare to meet with the CDF prefect Cardinal William Levada and the apostolic delegate Archbishop Peter Sartain to raise and discuss the concerns brought forward by the LCWR board at their recent meeting. We will continue to pray with and for all of the members of LCWR as they continue to discern their individual and collective responses to the CDF directive. Roman Catholic Womenpriests (RCWP) is an international movement within the Roman Catholic Church. The mission of Roman Catholic Womenpriests-USA is primarily to spiritually prepare, ordain in Apostolic Succession, and support women who are called by the Holy Spirit and their communities to a renewed priestly ministry rooted in justice and faithfulness to the Gospel.

Sure would love to see the Pope file suit to force these idiots to stop using RC in their name/literature since they are greatly harming ‘the brand’.

Or create your own church. Just don’t call yourselves Roman Catholic because you are not.

These irrational women should be excommunicated. How dare they act like there is no difference between men and women when they have obviously read the Bible. They must hate men and hate their own bodies.—That means they hate God—the Designer.

They should not be able to call themselves Catholic, since they are godless.

The LCWR (Leadership Conference of Women Religious) which claim to represent 80% of American Nuns has been called onto the carpet by the CDF (Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith) for doctrinal deviation, error and scandal. The LCWR went into full denial mode. Then these so called Catholic women Priests came out in full support of the LCWR.

I find it ironic to say the least. Their timing could not have been worse for the LCWR. Oh the humanity! Ha.

Being a priest or pastor is not “just another job”.

God set the qualifications. Husband of one wife was one of them. This qualification inherently implies a spiritual leader of the church is a man. (Who can be married.)

Several places indicate qualifications for church leaders. All are defined as male.

There are plenty of other positions in the church that are ministerial positions open to women, some only open to women. There are no male nuns, for example.

The fact is while we are all made equal in Christ, that still doesn’t mean each sex doesn’t have specific God-given roles to perform. Men and women are called to minister, but some roles are reserved just for men and some for women. In the end God, who is the Head of His Church, gets to define the criteria for the people who would serve Him.

I would finally point out not all men are qualified to be leaders in a church. The criteria weed out many. Is it fair that not all men can be a pastor, even those who really, really want to, if they can’t meet God’s criteria? Can they still find other ways to minister within the church? Of course they can.

They can join PC-USA, Methodists, ELCA, MCC, and a bunch more. There are plenty of churches no longer following biblical criteria for pastors.

Those “Womenpriests” already excommunicated themselves. The Roman Catholic Church just needs to do the paperwork to make it all legal-like.

RCW-USA has already been officially excommunicated from the Roman Catholic Church. They have been so for man y years and have no sanction from Rome.

They should do it quick! This radical egalitarianism which wants to make men and women interchangeable is Marxist-—and godless. No Designer of man and woman.

Next they will want to have children born in test tubes and raised by the government drones like in their utopian Brave New World-——no nurturing mother or protective father— ...Complete destruction of Natural Law Theory and the nurturing that a child needs to be emotionally and physically healthy.

Women are not emotionally or physically the same as men. To pretend they are the same, is a lie.

excommunication isn’t the problem: Their problem is the peril to their immortal souls. Sigh.
