Dunno if you’d care about this since it’s not aviation related.

On the other small hand, there’s one thing I could agree with Mormons on: mathematically speaking (and my math is pretty terrible), we cannot be alone in the universe. There’s probably over a trillion planets out there, and odds are we aren’t the only life.

Uh... just how does one go about calculating the 'odds'?

Just what ARE all of the terms needed to do the 'calculation?

If you believe that the universe is infinite, hard for me to grasp, then there are an infinite number of planets out there, taking it a step further, there are an infinite number of planets out there just like ours.
