I’m happy you found a place to worship Christ that you feel comfortable.
The issues I have with the Catholic church are not the ones you cite. Having explored it fully,
and having been Catholic and found Jesus Christ outside the Catholic church, I too am thankful
I found a place to worship Him.
I hear you brother. I’m a Catholic who catches hell because I’ve said I don’t recognize the Vatican or the authority of the Pope. I believe in The Holy Trinity. I suppose I’m a gnostic in the tradition of St. Thomas. In any event there isn’t anyone of this Earth who is going to tell me I’m not a Catholic. None of my detractors bought me into this world, they didn’t baptize me, they aren’t going to take me out of this world and they sure a shooting aren’t going to sit in judgement of me either.
You are always a Catholic because you are marked with a Catholic Baptism. Christ the Son, God the Father and the Holy Spirit came to you at that moement.
