At the little Catholic school where my children used to go there are many pro-abortion moms. A friend of mine regularly had arguments with them about it. Good friends of ours are social liberal/socialists - sitting in church every week. Obama is trying to drive a wedge in the church and he will succeed. Pastor vs female parishioner with the men-folk standing on the sidelines not wanting to take a leadership role in their own families. Obama knows the electorate better than the Bishops know their flock. If nothing else it will force people to take a stand. And consider that maybe Obama and his tricksters are using this issue to divert attention away from something else? Obama is a 'figurehead' doing the bidding of those that put him in office. All he really cares about is golfing, and exotic food. He is spoon fed daily about where he can gain the most advantage. I hold Pewlosie and Stupak responsible for this outrage.

Maybe Pelosi based her comment, that she was standing with Catholics on this issue,on this survey. Shes such a hypocrite. Agreed. It's an interesting moment for RC's in America. The question that is going to be answered is what kind of authority their church hierarchy really has. It seems that their hierarchy is condemning the obama admn, will RC's vote accordingly.

Good find. Now we don’t even have to look and see if Soros is funding them.

Pastor vs female parishioner with the men-folk standing on the sidelines not wanting to take a leadership role in their own families. Because that can and often does lead to divorce. The type of feminist who will fight for abortion will leave the guy unless he does what she says. Even then she will leave or hate him. Seen the cycle to many times.

It will be noteworthy to see if these %'s change if the RC hierarchy voices disapproval of obama. "if"?
"IF???"
Do at least try to pay attention.

It seems that their hierarchy is condemning the obama admn, OK ... you have been paying attention.
The Bishop's actions, of course, won't change my vote in the slightest.
I have opposed Zero from the beginning and will continue to do so.
Nice to have them on board, though ...

The church is not being forced to provide birth control or abortions.
The church has the choice to get out of the hospital business and turn the buildings over to the federal government cheap as its first step (25% of all hospitals), besides the VA, in taking over all hospitals.
I believe that is and has been Obama’s only goal in this.

Let me try, gently to tell you how WRONG YOU ARE!
The Church is being forced to provide insurance to their employees, that provides free contraception, sterilization, and abortifacients.
This is NOT about getting in or out of the hospital business!
This applies to any enterprise the Church is managing, to include the Parish, the Diocees, Charities, and hospitals.
Again, it is not about what goes on IN the hospitals, its about the insurance coverage for hospital employees!

The Catholic church was 100% behind Obamacare, I was so angry with
the church I almost left the church. It was like the final straw after
the cover up of priest pedophiles, annulment of Kennedy marriages,
Ted Kennedy receiving sacraments after killing Mary Jo.
Now the church is reaping what it sowed, you back government, they
control you, lay down with dogs you end up with fleas!!!!!!!

Your survey is probably reflective of Catholic leadership as well. For years the Church has simply looked the other way while it supported liberal agendas all in the name of “helping the poor”. Odd time for them to finally be speaking out. One has to wonder would the Catholic bishops be filled with such righteous indignation if providing abortion pills wasn't going to cost the Church millions of dollars.
You sow to the wind and you reap the whirlwind.

This nation is FINISHED due to thinking like in this article.
There is nothing that is Free! To give something to one for “FREE, first they have to take away from someone else by force.
So these idiots who support this are going to either not get raises, get higher health contributions, or just laid off and lose everything.
This idiocracy we have turned into is destined to collapse and we have no one to blame but ourselves.

This poll is deceiving if it is an attempt to justify the ObamaCare policy forcing the Catholic Church to provide contraception coverage.
The question should be limited to Catholic employers, not just employers in general.

There were/are some in the Catholic church that are considered in good standing that made it their business to shove this abomination down our throats. I consider handing out 'grace' to Castro to be among a long list of abominations.
BUT do not 'fear' our Heavenly Father will never leave or forsake those that love Him, their denomination notwithstanding. We each and individually get to account for our self, only Christ is our mediator.
