America is in full-blown crisis. The continuous dysfunction in our government and culture at large reflect this. The American family has imploded and hundreds of millions are hooked on psychotropic drugs. Our national debt is a giant $15 trillion tumor on our economy while the welfare state explodes. Pornography is omnipresent, 80% of new diseases are STDs, while 50 million babies have been aborted. Our Arts have fallen into mindless depravity and utter darkness and cannot uplift their audience. Our ability to reason and debate have evaporated, leaving mindless emotions behind.
The honest admit America is a gravely ill land - both emotionally and spiritually. We have become a licentious, rude, self-centered, illiterate, perverse, complaining, short-sighted, illogical, cold, impious, disloyal, greedy, bitter, materialistic, ungodly, gossiping, irreligious land full of idolatry. Despite the fact that nearly 80% of Americans claim to be Christians, as a society, we allow doubters to set the rules for daily life. Is Jesus dying in America? Perhaps Nietzsche was correct when he wrote: Whither is God?...We have killed himyou and I. All of us are his murderers. In other words, we need revival.

I don’t think Tim sees this as going out of his way to help others - this is what he and his family have done from the get-go. He Walks the Talk in a very practical and endearing way. I feel like such a slacker...
It’s not coming from football. believe me.
It’s coming from Christ and the ordained. We already have a program for Lent in place on this subject.
Additionally, we are sponsoring an apologetics course before Lent.
Like I said above — it’s coming, but not from football.
Even the Vatican commented:

ALL who believe in Christ, are called to witness for the good news, lay or ordained.
I did last night, before the game started, a pre-game news report, that Mr. Tebow did invite a teenage girl who was a fan of his to one of the Broncos home games, who was dealing with medical issues.
Sounds like a good idea. Tim Tebow’s season is now over. The Florida primary is coming up soon. Since he is a legend down there he can now endorse Rick Santorum.
Football can be an instrument of God like anything else.
Regardless what happens (or happened) on the field, Tebow´s real Christian spirit was reflected more in last night´s pre-game show. The joy of giving. Wow!
Not based on the jerky anti-Tebow comments I am seeing on various message boards.
“We have become a licentious, rude, self-centered, illiterate, perverse, complaining, short-sighted, illogical, cold, impious, disloyal, greedy, bitter, materialistic, ungodly, gossiping, irreligious land full of idolatry.”
Now Kelly, don’t hold back, tell us how you really feel about Americans.
Where in the world did you get the notion that it would be coming from football?
It will come through the Holy Spirit, but not necessarily the RC ordained.
But thank God that you “already have a program for Lent in place on this subject.” That should do the job.
