“’Jeffress doesn’t represent the norm of the evangelical community,’ Cromartie said.”

Since all those denominations you mentioned broke away from the Catholic Church and then broke away from themselves to start other churches, do you not see how it could be said that these churches are not qualified to judge the Christianity fitness of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints?

Um, no:

1. The Roman Catholic Church did not break away from the Roman Catholic Church.

2. And my point was that the fact that both Protestants AND Roman Catholics agree (in the face of their other differences) that Mormons are not Christians is very good evidence of how settled the theology is.

Actually they being the churches of traditional Christianity ARE perfectly able and required to judge the fitness of the LDS church.

Christ didn’t found a denomination, Sandy, no matter what lies the Mormon church feeds you.

Poor Sandy...

Your very own CHOSEN religion FAILS to follow it's own 'scripture' in favor of following the dictates of GOVERNMENT, and you have the GALL to try and scold US??

Inasmuch as laws have been enacted by Congress forbidding plural marriage...
I hereby declare my intention to submit to those laws..."

#15 Do you consider yourself worthy to enter the Lord's house and participate in temple ordinances?
