So often I have asked the Lord for help with something, and the answer was negative. Years later, I learned why He would not allow me to have what I wanted, whether that was marriage to a particular man, a certain job, a career path, whatever. Then I was glad, and I rejoiced and thanked Him. I should have had enough faith to rejoice and thank Him at the time He refused, rather than waiting until He showed me His reasons. His will should be enough.
Of course, when something we perceive as a problem takes place, it’s sometimes difficult to know if this was His will or our own or Satan’s, or if we’re doing something to obstruct His will, or what.

Ain’t it da troof.
