The Annunciation is not the Immaculate Conception. The Immaculate Conception is the conception of The Blessed Virgin Mary, who was conceived without sin.
But she was called “Full of Grace” because she had no sin that could be inherited by her human son, Jesus.
“Full of Grace” speaks to the Immaculate Conception pof the Blessed Virgin Mary.
