IMO the “dude” plays with FR posters...a beat or two off the snaps.
And (s)he likes to shout.
Oh, well.
If he were literally shouting in my face, there are ways to deal with it. (S)he would not like it, but assault is a crime and self defense by proportionate means is acceptable.
