I’m afraid the the truth is even more shocking. I am guessing that in the chancery offices in Rochester and Albany, there was active celebration when “gay marriage” was made official in NY.

I am guessing that in the chancery offices in Rochester and Albany, there was active celebration when gay marriage was made official in NY. Don't recall the parish name but in the RC Diocese of Rochester, there was a celebration following the passage of the ssm bill. Both bishops reach mandatory retirement age in 2013. I pray Pope Benedict is still around to select their replacements.
