Well then if we’re predestined then why bother searching after Yashua? What would be the point? If say I was predestined to Hell and not know it (of course) then I would have spent my life worshiping Yashua, believing in Him and still go to Hell. That’s what Calvin preached.
"None is righteous, no, not one;
no one understands;
no one seeks for God.
All have turned aside; together they have become worthless;
no one does good,
not even one."
-- Romans 3:10-12No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him.
-- John 6:44And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses...
-- Colossians 2:13But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,
even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ by grace you have been saved
and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,
not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
-- Ephesians 2:4-9
"Whoo-hoo-hoo, look who knows so much. It just so happens that your friend here is only MOSTLY dead. There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead, well, with all dead there's usually only one thing you can do....go through his clothes and look for loose change."
Impossible.
If you believe on Him the Holy Spirit is active in your life; you are already seated in Heaven and nothing changes that.
