You have good dioceses like Arlington, Va. But then you have ones like the LA Archdiocese and the Diocese of Erie with Bishop Trautperson.

The Philly archdiocese is pretty bad too.

Add to those you mentioned, the RC Dioceses of Albany and Rochester in NY. Fr. Richard Vosko, Ph.D., a priest of the Diocese of Albany, has been making a comfortable living for the past 29 years, travelling the United States and Canada—parish by parish—promoting his liturgical indoctrination program for the renovation of traditional Catholic churches as well as for the design of new Catholic churches. In his travels, he razzle dazzles catholic audiences as he promotes his understanding of VCII. He told his Toledo OH audience:

"Vatican II changes everything," he said exuberantly at one point in his talk. "It means the end of stable religion. We have to understand what religion is all about. Vatican II says we have to have a totally new understanding of what religion is."

And part of being a Vatican II Catholic, he immediately added, is understanding "there is no geographical place called heaven. There is no geographical place called hell...

Mercifully, the bishops of both NY dioceses will reach retirement age in 2013, after 30+ years of wreckovation.
