A majority of Catholics voted for Barack Obama. And for it, we got a nice photo op at the University of Notre Dame and some ameliorating verbiage. But since then, we’ve seen a long list of actions that’s caused obvious displeasure among many Catholics, including priests and bishops.
And it has some asking if the Obama administration anti-Catholic?
For answers, let’s look at some recent actions by the administration.
Recently, The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) filed a Freedom of Information Act request to discover why the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) declined to renew a grant to them to aid victims of human trafficking. But it’s clearly because the bishops refused to refer for contraceptives and abortion.
Sarah Posner of Religion Dispatches Magazine argues that “The USCCB not getting taxpayer money doesn’t mean the government is anti-Catholic.”
So organizations don’t have a right to funding just because they’re received that funding in the past? Hmmm. That’s odd because Posner described the GOP’s efforts to cut funding to Planned Parenthood as “anti-Planned Parenthood activism of the GOP.”
So attempting to cut off funding to Planned Parenthood is anti-Planned Parenthood, but the Obama administrations cutting off funding to the USCCB is just a bureaucratic shuffle?
But if this was an isolated incident, that would be different.
Obama’s National Labor Relations Board has been running its own little Inquisition in its spare time by deciding which Catholic colleges weren’t Catholic enough so the government could tell them who they had to hire. In 2011, both Manhattan College in New York and St. Xavier University in Illinois have been victims of NLRB rulings declaring that they “lack substantial religious character.” Ha! A bit of irony there, huh?

Well, it is a given that the Dims engage every fraud trick in the book. That has always been par for the course, but
the overriding factor was anger at Bush and a just plain stupid electorate.
While we cant blame Bush next time, we will have an even more stupid electorate, along with even more illegal voters.
I would call it misdirected anger and the electorate is stupid because sadly we now live in a country where it's ‘me’ first, country last. Where our moral compass that is defined in the Old Testament has been rinsed down the proverbial drain with the bath water in lieu of self gratification through false doctrine of Christ crucified instead of self crucified.
When Yah’shua said to pick up ones cross and follow him, he wasn't talking about some carnal spoken phrase of one just saying ‘I believe’. He was speaking of one turning back to the ways of his Father by casting off man made religious dogma that added extra burdens to the people in order to keep them in bondage by excluding them from participating in Temple services. Paul said it best about what was nailed to the cross when Yah’shua died when he said in Ephesians 2
14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments in ""(G1378)
G1378 dogma
dog’-mah
a law (civil, ceremonial or ecclesiastical)
H1881 dath
dawth
a royal edict or statute
Yah’s instructions are divine, they are not dogma and thus the hypocrisy of religious dogma that says the law came to abolish itself for a select group of people called the new church. Total hypocrisy! and Total heresy! The mere fact that the majority a large sect of Christendom saw fit to elect an unqualified miscreant shows the core problem of man's religious dogma. Yes, YHVH did send us a powerful message. Sadly the system is so corrupt that it is likely to repeat itself in 2012.
Here endeth the lesson on why it is "SO IMPORTANT" to take the Greek words of the 1st century writings back to the LXXC in order to get a proper interpretation of what was being said. From the LXXC we can then get the words back to their original Hebrew from which the Greek was translated/transliterated from.
14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments in “religious dogma”(G1378)
Anti Christian

I agree on that point, but you pretty much left me in the dust on the biblical interpretations.
While I was the senior warden at my very old (1832) but
small Episcopal church in rural Tennessee, I was never immersed in biblical interpretation.
Sadly, it seems that the Episcopal church has fallen into Hell, and taken over by radical homosexuals, and Marxist, which means it is no longer a church of Christ or God.
Yah stated His true intentions best when he said in Ex 19:6 “And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.”
This is the Malki’Tzedek priesthood that was established before earth was created. It is the priesthood that was ushered back in when Yah’shua died and became the eternal High Priest of the order of Malki’Tzedek because death & sin had continued to corrupt the levitical high priesthood, therefore we now have a High Priest that never dies. A heavenly High Priest through which all sin is forgiven, but forgiveness does not equal salvation. They are two distinct and separate things and why Yah instructs us to not rely on man, but His Word and the only Word that existed when Yah’shua walked the earth was Genesis-Malichi. This means all doctrine is suppose to follow which is in the front of the book, because none exists in the back of the book. Even the Malki’Tzedek priesthood is defined by Moses. Abraham was a priest of the Malki’Tzedek order as well as Adam, Noah & Shem. It is why Yah said this when he called the people to the base of the mountain:’
Ex 19:21 And the LORD said to Moses, ... let the priests who come near the LORD consecrate themselves, lest the LORD break out against them.
Now the Levitical priesthood was not yet established when YHVH said this, thus it is clear there was an existing priesthood. The Malki’Tzedek priesthood. And it is THIS MALKI'TZEDEK priesthood that we live under, Yah’shua being the High priest & we being priests. Therefore it is our duty to study the word for ourselves and cast off our dependance on the interpretations of carnal men who have totally made a mockery of His Divine Word. There is none between us & Yah'shua Messiah our High priest. No pontiff, no minister, no pastor, no elder, nada. Not one of them has any authority over the Word or any authority to define that which we are to seek forgiveness for. It is all defined in the front of the book by YHVH ^ "The Word" that came it the flesh. The back of the book is the testimony that the front of the book is true, not new.
Proverbs 2
1 My son, if you receive my words,
And treasure my commands within you,
2 So that you incline your ear to wisdom,
And apply your heart to understanding;
3 Yes, if you cry out for discernment,
And lift up your voice for understanding,
4 If you seek her as silver,
And search for her as for hidden treasures;
5 Then you will understand the fear of the LORD,
And find the knowledge of God.
6 For the LORD gives wisdom;
From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;
7 He stores up sound wisdom for the upright;
He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;
8 He guards the paths of justice,
And preserves the way of His saints.
9 Then you will understand righteousness and justice,
Equity and every good path.
10 When wisdom enters your heart,
And knowledge is pleasant to your soul,
11 Discretion will preserve you;
Understanding will keep you,
12 To deliver you from the way of evil,
From the man who speaks perverse things,
13 From those who leave the paths of uprightness
To walk in the ways of darkness;
14 Who rejoice in doing evil,
And delight in the perversity of the wicked;
15 Whose ways are crooked,
And who are devious in their paths;
16 To deliver you from the immoral woman,
From the seductress who flatters with her words,
17 Who forsakes the companion of her youth,
And forgets the covenant of her God.
18 For her house leads down to death,
And her paths to the dead;
19 None who go to her return,
Nor do they regain the paths of life
20 So you may walk in the way of goodness,
And keep to the paths of righteousness.
21 For the upright will dwell in the land,
And the blameless will remain in it;
22 But the wicked will be cut off from the earth,
And the unfaithful will be uprooted from it.
This Catholic DID NOT VOTE FOR OBAMA... and never will... no matter the “funding”. Don’t believe in no “funding”...
There will be less Catholic support for Obama this time around, as his cuts to their programs have cost a lot of them their jobs.
The ordinary of every diocese where Obama carried the Catholic vote in 2008 should have been replaced immediately.
Pastor of our parish was positively giddy at Obama’s election.
Lost all respect for him at that point.
Texe Marrs is a nitwit, but all that’s happening in that picture is that the Pope is being given the traditional formal Indian greeting, by a woman who was (a) married; and (b) Catholic.
But a majority of Christians voted AGAINST Obama in 2008! These Christians who voted were not duped by the deception that CNN and NBC and the Liberal Drive-By Media dished out.
BHO is anti-anything Christ.
Oops, sorry. I just searched for the title, Is the pope Catholic. Wanted to be funny, didn’t realize the photo was about that.
Is the Pope, Catholic?
Moslems do tend to be anti Catholic.

Strongs says (and I was using Strongs) a law which is civil, ceremonial or ecclesiastical. You have decided it means a law made up by man rather than God. What you seem to not understand or have falsely rejected is that by the law of God all are guilty. Nobody kept/keeps the law of God perfectly and therefore all stand condemned before Almighty God whose standard is perfection. I am probably telling you something you have heard many times and deem heresy but as Paul said "For I testify again to every man that is circumcised [[meaning the law of The Old testament]], that he is a debtor to do the whole law." When Jesus died on the cross He paid for all of our sins, yes even nailing the ordinances of God's law to His cross, for if He hadn't not one of us could stand. The whole New Testament is about how, though we are free from the law, we are to live unto God, out of love and trust of God because we have come to the light and know that He is good and His ways are right. Essentially we have become sane.
