At the present time I'm engaged in a bit of study about St. Gildas ~ I think I mentioned that the other day. Interesting that the St. Martin story also focuses on a cloak. Even though that's a bit hidden when you read about St. Gildas (or read his material), he wore a garment made of a single sheet of cloth ~ a GI ~ just like in the Far East and just like that GI in his name.

Funny, I just put a couple small donations in the mail to a couple Catholic charities today. I have a hard time answering all the calls for help because they are so frequent! But today I just quickly dashed em off before I let myself think too hard. Maybe it’s because I went to Mass this morning, hmmm!
