My nephew's wife is due December 1, but her OB now wants to take the baby early by C-section because the pregnancy is presenting with placenta previa. On Thursday, Lauren will undergo an amniocentesis analysis to determine if the baby’s lungs are developed enough for early delivery.
Please pray that all goes well for this young couple and their little baby boy.
Let us know. May God protect all His dear ones. May God guide the doctors!
My gal had her baby yesterday morning by C section. She had 6 units of blood, finally got off the ventilator about midnight last night. As expected, the baby girl was fine. I am a huge proponent of prayer and modern medicine. I wish all these things could have a good outcome.

I misled you but not intentionally. This is the sister to my grandson’s wife. It has been a scarey situation. As a family, extended and otherwise, we have made this a matter of alot of prayer- plus relying on modern medicine and technology. I personally have no problem telling the Lord what I want. But it is still His decision, not mine. I make that clear also when I am asking for something.

Ah, that little girl is very lucky to have so many in your family praying for her. Yes, it is His will, indeed. Sometimes, we humans forget that.
Praise to our most gracious God! My nephew and his wife welcomed their new little son into the world this afternoon. Little Mason is perfectly healthy, and his mother is doing well.

Congratulations on your little girl, and praise God mom seems to be okay off the ventilator. Surviving these crises does give us such an appreciation for life and God’s good grace.
