As I posted earlier, you’re in my prayers.
However, you MUST get to a heart specialist. I watched my father die last year from congestive heart failure.

Yes; hope this all is 'mended' here; and soon, for you 2nd Division Vet!
Walking; lying down and sitting up nausea, leaves nothing I can think of that allows a restful disposition - not to mention other pathologies per your physical. Grab/embrace the medical; read the adjunct health MO's; and take comfort, knowing that many, many here at FR sending you good health carried on the wings of prayers.
