"The Catholic Church believes that the separated Churches and communities "are efficient in some respects."

And recognizes that they are deficient in other respects. Not all "separated" churches are equal. Some differ with Catholic doctrine in limited areas and other are indeed damnable and heretical sects. We know them by their fruits and fruitcakes.

Even more amusing is that now the non-Catholics are claiming the ability and right to rightly divide and interpret the Lumen Gentium too. LOL
