Oh, are you a doctor either? Can you explain why, if you have lost 1 liter of blood, you should not receive a transfusion? Just because your Watchtower editor tells one not is not an answer

Dr. Brian Kopp, can you help us with a medical question? I'm saying that blood transfusions are sometimes necessary.
On the opposing side, Cyc poses the Jehovah's Witness point of view that blood transfusion is not needed.
