The only qualifier with the St. Benedict Medal is that it must be blessed by a Benedictine!

But you know what. Where I get mine the medals are blessed by Benedictine anyway. I know these are very anointed. I had extreme pain in the leg. When I put my St Benedict cross rosary from Ewtn gift shop to my leg after pray it stopped the pain. Amen.
