That book was actually written by the boy’s father, some time after the events purportedly took place. There are a number of “experiences” in that book that are clearly unbiblical. So we must either reject the veracity of Scripture, or the veracity of elements of these “experiences.”
As for me, I will continue to trust Scripture to shape my doctrine.
I have the book and saw nothing unbiblical. But remember, we do not have the direct aramaic translation of the bible and it is not our basis for truth...the holy spirit is.
