why change it???They felt that they cpould do a better interpretation than did the 1,500 year old Catholic church which had actually preserved the bible for us by hand copying it through the ages.....pathetic
Why do people “change” anything.....they think they are “god” and know everything—certainly more than a lowly mind such as St. Thomas Aquinas.
Human nature is what it is....and it hasn’t changed since Eve. Deceit and pride is here to stay, I am afraid.
My posts basically say the same thing....Nature Law Theory does not evolve...it never changes...(it is the MO of marxists/atheists/progressives/pagans/whoever they call themselves now to deny that nature of man which presupposes a Intelligent Designer....there is no Universal Truth....No right and wrong....other than what marx says is right....We are now in the “Age of Relativism” which will destroy civilization as we know it....it will kill off Truth and with that...Trust...the most essential aspect of civil society.
It is what destroyed Russia and China—lack of Trust—and destroys families—and really destroys the emotional development of children. Makes freedom impossible and happiness obsolete.
