Recognizing what is a sacramental rite does not seem to be an Episcopalean strong point.

Well, how about think about how the Episcopal Church was founded. King Henry VIII was so mad his wives wouldn’t bear him sons, but not getting a son apparently wasn’t decent grounds for getting a sanctified divorced by the Catholic Church. The king wanted a Church to support his own form of morality, and his own authority, and that is where things go. However, hopefully, some people from the Episcopal Church see the light of the incorrect founding doctrines.
