Not sure I understand your question.
Our church will be looking at ordination based on Biblical principles as we believe the Bible states them. I am sure that will vary from church to church and denomination.
For example, our head Pastor is divorced. Quite a bit different than some churches I imagine. We also have women pastors. I know some folks disagree with that - but it fits in with my ideas. And the main thing for me is not what sex they are or if they have been divorced, but what comes out of their mouths and the examples they lead.
