It is a neat story. It doesn’t pass the reality test on any basis you want to analyze it. True believers don’t care. Everything that fails to pass rational analysis is a miracle or “just is”.

That’s OK. I’m stubborn too. We all believe what we want. That’s how faith works.

Everybody I know says everybody who does not agree with their sole interpretation of the bible is going to hell. I have yet to run into 2 Christians who agree on their interpretations on every single line and word in the bible. It looks like only one of us is going to Heaven. God is going to be very lonely if these people are right.

Alternatively, the big cats would have wiped out most of the other animals during those 40 days.
