I doubt it very much. Westboro Baptist Church is a group of Democrats that exists solely to discredit true believers in Christ.
Nobody in the Westboro Baptist Church takes Scripture seriously and certainly doesn't accept that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob judges those nations that betray Israel and take action to harm Israel.
