.Yes there is, a quite obvious one: WND printing absolute nonsense. I wish their posting rules kept them from being quoted on FR at all.
Heh.
Well, I think this MIGHT be the stupidest thing Wing Nut Daily has ever published, and that's quite an accomplishment given their track record.
If WND articles, ANYTHING referrig to a "straw" or "internet" poll, and every article that says it's an "Open letter to ________" were automatically deleted from FR, the quality of the board would go up about 200%.

Funny, I looked in the mirror this morning and didn't read any name on my forehead, although inside I'm washed in the blood of the Lamb. Funny, no one's ever told me they saw any tattoo on my head either. Yet the "implant" or "chip" is literal?

Lot more folks living in tornado alley than there used to be.And around volcanoes. Considering that fact, the recent amount of deaths in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, etc. actually seem quite low.
The BIGGEST FACTOR is that within minutes, word of every disaster spreads over the internet.
We have that 'instant communication' concept that some believe is referred to in the Bible. We all are made aware of so much, that it becomes hard to focus on just one incident or issue. To claim that the weather is 'worse' now, than in the past, and that it is a sign of God's return, is kind of silly. The weather is not 'anchored' to any spot. It can, and does move. Patterns shift as a result. It's been happening for a long, long, long, time.
The WEATHER was SOOOOO BAD that in ancient times, entire cultures lived underground.

Strangely, in a Scriptural way, you are correct. When the Apostle Paul speaks of the Last Days, he clearly sets those days to start at the Crucifixion of Christ. He doesn't really say how long the last days will last. However, the end-of-world clock has been set by Matthew 24. Notice many earthquakes in many different places? Notice we are again speaking of famine?
But Christians are not waiting for the end of the world. We are waiting for the Return of Christ--an entirely different thing.

Were you aware of these statistics?
Deaths in America per year
1,400,000 people die from abortion
650,000 people die of heart disease
560,000 people die of cancer
143,000 people die of stroke
75,000 people die of diabetes
Another perspective:
18,000 - Deaths by death penalty in American history (all the way back to the 1600s).
1,315,000 - Deaths in all American wars combined.
50,000,000 - Deaths by abortion since Roe v Wade
Pray for an end to abortion in the United States of America.

Nonthing will matter if there’s a huge plate shift.
I find it interesting that Beck is now saying he’s not worried about who’s in office. Guess he thinks the end is near.
I’ve said before and I’ll say it again, believing God is in charge is what gets me through the day.

I find a lot of correlation between certain political going ons and natural disasters OK, fine. What correlation do you find between the European countries weather patterns and their positions on Israel? What correlation do you find between Iran's weather and their supplying rockets to terrorists? What's the weather like in Syria and South Lebanon lately?
When you've explained those (non)correlations, maybe you can explain a theological correlation between something our idiot President and his anti-Semite State Department comes up with, and the deaths of 200 innocent people in Missouri.
If this is God's doing, He needs to practice His aim.

Thanks Bed_Zeppelin. Joseph Farrah sez:
Bible prophecy may have a bad name in the light of Harold Camping... [But] Once again, we've seen the U.S. hit with a series of deadly superstorms following Barack Obama's pledge to return Israel to pre-1967 borders. Just days after Obama insisted Israel must give up lands it won through military victory with its enemies, some 200 people were killed by a tornado in Joplin, Mo. There's a pattern here. We saw it in Katrina, when George Bush forced Israel's withdrawal from Gaza.

I find it interesting that Beck is now saying hes not worried about whos in office. Maybe he thinks that our government is so infiltrated and corrupt that it won't matter who is in office.
He could be right.
