INDEED!
AMEN! AMEN!
PEACE AND SAFETY TO YOU.
Alert!!!!
Tornado ‘watch’ in central /eastern pa.
Looks to cover from southern border all the way into NY. State.
WOW! I just send those words to someone else - I’ll take that as confirmation. Our spiritual eyes are in unison.
Wasn't that the 'Bulletin of Atomic Scientist"? They were a bunch of communists from the University of Chicago, right?
We’re under a tornado watch, too. I’m watching the radar now and we have a few minutes yet.
We had hail earlier about an inch in diameter. Took out some of my peppers and tomatoes and dinged two of our vehicles.
I covered my plants just in case. I take the old broken laundry baskets and cut off the broken handles and place them upside down over the plants. It shelters them and allows air circulation and it also keeps hungry critters away from the plants in the spring.
Why the other two cars show no damage is beyond us. mr. mm and I think that it was because one of them was more sheltered, between the houses and a tree. Don’t know why the other one doesn’t show anything though.
No. Only house returned, not two. One is yet alive but still in exile.
Prayers please. There’s some weak rotation in an approaching thunderstorm, indicating a possible tornado. It’s eerily quiet out there in the direction the storm is supposed to be coming from.
Later........
I’ll let you know when it passes....
Oh NO! Is any state going to be spared this horrible weather - from tornado to floods.
The only thing we have for sure is what is written on our hearts. Everything else can be tossed about or go down the river.
Looks like the worst of it skirted us, but there are other FReepers who may yet be in the path of this storm. However, we’re still getting some dandy lightning, but the clouds look calm.
Please continue to pray for us.
It appears that this weather situation is going to be with us through tomorrow afternoon, so we are not out of the woods yet.
Prayer of thanks as God’s angels surround our homes.
Psalm 91
1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.
3 Surely he will save you from the fowlers snare and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.
According to the leftist journal publication: The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists
A third of mankind was killed by the three plagues of fire, smoke and sulfur that came out of their mouths.
AMEN!!!
We’re certainly having some odd weather tonight. The air doesn’t feel unusually “charged up” to me, as it did back in August ‘99.
Still, it is unnerving. We had a very close lightning strike at about 5:00; under 200 feet, judging from the thunder delay. It caused the GFI modules in our house to emit their little “beep of distress.”
I’ve been flying my little RC helicopter out-of-doors in recent days. As a result, I’ve been a lot more mindful of the wind direction than normal. It hasn’t been unusual at all to start flying against the wind out of the north, and within ten minutes it’s coming out of the west; then five minutes later, it’s calm, coming weakly out of the south.
Chocolate?
Google® them: they're still around.
