if i am right, ‘all Israel will be saved” means the Church made up of all believers OT and NT, Jew and Gentile.

if you are right “all Israel will be saved” means the Jewish people, then all Jews will go to heaven and none will be in hell. all means all right? yet, you stated the 17th century unbelieving rabbi is in hell. wasn’t he part of Israel?

No, because when "all Israel" is saved, the Church Age will be over. The Church Age ends at the Rapture. The world then goes through the seven year Tribulation and then the Millennial Kingdom begins. The people who accept Christ during the Tribulation will be believers, but they will not be part of the Church. Likewise, the remnant of Jews who become saved during the Tribulation will not be part of the Church, but they will still be believers in Christ.

See previous paragraph. Anyone who dies during this present Age without Christ spends eternity in hell. There is one more chance for salvation during the Tribulation, but the people who are saved during that time are not part of the Church.
