To: one Lord one faith one baptism
my friend, The Church has been going thru tribulation for 2,000 years.

Yes it has. We live in a fallen, evil world over which God tells us that Satan is the "god" of this age. God never promised Christians that He will always protect us from the wrath of the "god" of this age nor the people who reject Christ and therefore are, by default, his. In fact, He told us to prepare and be ready for troubles and "tribulations".

God does promise to protect those who know Him as Savior from God's wrath - otherwise known as the seven year Tribulation. There is Satan's wrath, which has been poured out on this earth since the Fall, and God's wrath, which will be poured out on this earth during the Tribulation.

The two are not one and the same.

God is finished with physical Israel, it is the spiritual Israel ( the Church ) that He is saving.

Then you have denied the following Scriptures:

"This is what the Lord says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar—the Lord Almighty is his name: 'Only if these decrees vanish from my sight,' declares the Lord, 'will the descendants of Israel ever cease to be a nation before me.' This is what the Lord says: 'Only if the heavens above can be measured and the foundations of the earth below be searched out will I reject all the descendants of Israel because of all they have done,' declares the Lord" (Jeremiah 31:35-37)

"That night the word of the Lord came to Nathan, saying: "Go and tell my servant David, 'This is what the Lord says: 'I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make your name great, like the names of the greatest men of the earth. . . . Your house and your kingdom will endure forever before me; your throne will be established forever.'" Nathan reported to reported to David all the words of this entire revelation" (2 Sam.7:4;9;16-17). .

"And king Solomon shall be blessed, and the throne of David shall be established before the Lord for ever" (1.Kgs.2:45).

"I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known your faithfulness to all generations. For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: your faithfulness shall you establish in the very heavens. I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn to David my servant, your seed will I establish for ever, and build up your throne to all generations (Psa.89:1-4).

"And king Solomon shall be blessed, and the throne of David shall be established before the Lord for ever" (1.Kgs.2:45).

"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this" (Isa.9:6-7).

"And, behold, you shall conceive in your womb, and bring forth a son, and shall call his name Jesus. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give to him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end" (Lk.1:31-33).

Do you see anything in that Scripture about a Christian throne that Christ will be given and rule from forever? Doesn't sound like God is finished with Israel.

You also have to deny Zechariah 12:10, Zechariah 13:1, Romans 11:1, 2, Romans 11:11,12, and this, which states emphatically that God is not finished with Israel:

I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: "The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob. And this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins." As far as the gospel is concerned, they are enemies on your account; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable. (Romans 11:25-29)

You have to decide to go against most of the word of God to claim that God is finished with Israel. There is not one verse of Scripture which even hints that God is finished with Israel.

The question you should ask is why you aren’t in this Body?

You don't have to worry about me. I've known Christ as my Savior since I was a child. There is, however, this little nugget that should make you think a little bit:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was in the beginning with God. (John 1:1,2)

And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:14)

To deny Scripture is to deny the Word, Jesus Christ. It is not possible to be a Christian and deny Scripture. Anyone who denies Scripture is denying Jesus Christ.

Why aren't you part of the body of Christ?

don’t you realize David was a type of Jesus and Jesus reigns on the throne of David?

please dear one, understand this:

OT = types and shadows
NT = fullfills OT

when you read the word Israel, you don’t have the spiritual eyes to know what you are reading. who does Jesus reign over on David’s throne, all who have been baptized into His Body or physical Jews?
i don’t deny any Scriptures, i just don’t believe these 19th century fantasies that you hold to.
