I just had to go out and let my mini cow, horse, and donkey in the barn.

They were head butting the gate, because it's even to hot for them.
However, they are very spoiled, and have me well trained.

It stays reasonably dry. There are only three things I don't like about Arizona: June, July, and August.

We are also way out west in a rural part of the county, so we don't even get the ocean breeze.

Palm beach ouch that does get hot and humid there. I've been down there for boxing fights and to take my boy boxing. It was the near coast where we fought and the traffic is awful, it must be better for where you are right? You ever been up here to our county and city, St Augustine is a beautiful city . Open and concealed carry without permit. When you arrive at the Arizona border, you will be asked if you have a firearm in your possession. If you don’t, you will given one.

Summers here are intense. I would recommend winter visits unless you are visiting northern AZ.
